I undertook coaching with Renee during the early stages of re-entering the workforce as an editor. I was unsure of my goals for my business, but with Renée’s patient approach I managed to form a much clearer view of my goals and priorities. Without imposing her own opinion she somehow magically got me to crystallise mine, which was (actually, although I hadn’t realised it) what I was wanting to do. I had felt a little stuck. With her support I brainstormed ways to build networks, source work and create a professional development plan. While Renée was always professional she was also compassionate. She was aware that wider life, too, can sometimes lean in on your professional life. I left every session with Renée motivated and filled with hope.
